What if you knew what your customers wanted right now—no matter what language they used—and you could react almost immediately? It's something we're all working towards, but Princess Cruises had an idea, and Lingotek had a Drupal-powered solution.

Meet Princess@Sea

Lingotek and Princess Cruises teamed up to build Princess@Sea. It's a multilingual survey Princess Cruises uses to gather information from guests while they're still onboard. When a guest submits the survey in a language other than English, the data is sent to a shoreside Drupal environment. Data is then passed to Lingotek via its Multilingual API for automatic translation to English, and then back to the ship. 

Thanks to Princess@Sea, Princess Cruises staff are more aware, much sooner, of their customers' needs. The survey is now a non-invasive part of a wonderful experience, rather than yet another email in inboxes for guests to sort through later. It's a solution that saves money, time, and allows Princess Cruises to immediately interact with a much higher percentage of their 1.7 million guests each year.
