Rules for prize drawing: All participants who complete this survey between the hours of 12:01 a.m. Tuesday, March 27, 2018 and 11:59 p.m. Monday, April 30, 2018 Pacific (UTC-8), and include their email address during survey completion, will be entered once to win. Participants who also tweet the survey on social, will be entered a second time. No single person will be entered more than two times. One winner will be chosen at random to receive each of the three prizes. Winners will be notified Friday, May 4 by email.
