The next DrupalCon North America event is taking shape for Portland, Oregon, May 20-24, 2013. The venue and hotel are set. It’s a given that there will be coffee, bikes, mountains, bridges, rivers and salmon. It’s the Silicon Forest and there’s lots of open source here. In fact, it’s where the Drupal Association is now located too. And although we host the DrupalCons, we don’t have the staff to do it all. In each city that we hold a DrupalCon, we put together a team of local volunteers to help plan the conference and bring in the local flavor, as well as a design team to help theme DrupalCon Portland.

Want to help?

Join us on Thursday night, May 31st from 6-8pm @ Open Sourcery in Portland, Oregon. We’ll have an open discussion of the volunteer roles we’re looking to fill. If you can’t make it, contact us before June 15 when the Portland Call for Volunteers closes.
