Thank you for this question, through my experience working on local initiatives, I believe in the importance of diversity, which is become importantly clear these days and has a high impact on society, where variety gives us more opportunities to support talent and reach rare talents, and I am assured of this through the initiatives that I work on And is part of the success achieved during my leadership of the Saudi Drupal community, which began in 2015, I have dealt face-to-face with many members of the community and learned new needs after putting trust in different segments that did not take their luck in the opportunities, and this contributed to reaching a larger segment of the beneficiaries.

In my current plan, as part of my community initiatives, I seek to target university students and give them the opportunity to take the initiative and pursue their goals, based on their belief in their abilities by providing them with the right opportunities that increase their trust and community contribution to open source communities.

Hi Mike, Thank you for this question. Of course, I will try to be part of all our strategic initiatives by providing the needful help and support. One of my main goals is to encourage the businesses to lead or at least to be involved in our initiatives. And I will start to work on a plan to make the contribution to Drupal initiatives more ease. Will also try to make the contribution to be part of the businesses culture. I believe this will make a good impact on our community.
