Is it possible to buy multiple tickets for my team or a single ticket for someone other than myself?
Yes! If you’re an admin or just need to pay on behalf of someone else, we offer Pre-Paid tickets. All you need to do is go to the DrupalCon website and click “Tickets & Registration” and then click the “Pre-Paid Tickets” link and indicate the number of Pre-Paid tickets you need to purchase. Once you’ve successfully completed the checkout process you will receive a confirmation email with a coupon code, redeemable for the the number of tickets purchased at checkout. How do I...?

I’ve got an amazing topic and I want to present it at DrupalCon - what do I need to do? Each DrupalCon has an open call for papers (or sessions) about 6 months prior to the conference. You’ll need to submit your session online during this window to be considered for Session Selection. We can receive over 400 proposals during each DrupalCon Call for Papers, and depending on the venue, have room for up to 102 sessions. Not everyone who submits a paper will be selected to present - but don’t let that discourage you from submitting!

How can I offer a Training at DrupalCon?
To be considered to offer a Training at DrupalCon you must submit a proposal during the Call for Training proposal, which occurs about 6 months prior to the conference. Learn more about DrupalCon Trainings.

If a Training is sold out, how can I get on the waiting list?
Unfortunately, we do not offer a waitlist for trainings. If seats become available in a Training, we will announce these capacity changes on @drupalcon.

My company is interested in Sponsoring DrupalCon, how can we get involved?
That’s awesome - we love to see companies giving back to the Drupal community! Each DrupalCon has a different sponsorship prospectus (varying venue/regional costs, etc) which you can find on each DrupalCon website. Alternately, you can contact Megan Sanicki, Director of Sponsorship, directly to learn more about DrupalCon Sponsorship opportunities. Megan’s awesome.

I love DrupalCon, how can I Volunteer to help?
Awesome! First check out our Roles + Responsibilities to learn more about volunteer roles, and then click the links below to get involved:

I can’t afford all/part of the cost to attend DrupalCon - what are my options?
If you are a full time student or are a full-time employee at a non-profit (or international equivalent) organization, you should apply for a Student or Non-Profit ticket, which is discounted up to 50%.

The Drupal Association’s Scholarship program is designed to full and partial scholarships to people in the community who require financial assistance to attend DrupalCon. You do not need to be a student to qualify for a DrupalCon Scholarship.
