Bio

Kristof Van Tomme is one of the two founders of Pronovix, a Drupal shop specialized in Life Science websites.

He is actively involved in the organization of the Central European Drupal community. He teaches an introductory Drupal course at the University of Szeged and was initiator and co-lead for Drupalcon Szeged in 2008.

He's got a degree in Bio-engineering and in an earlier life gained hands on experience in the Biotech sector in technology management and business development.

His aims as a permanent member in the Drupal Association are to:

• Increase the visibility of Drupal in the Life Science vertical worldwide
• Support/coordinate the capturing and distribution of Drupal resources (e.g. video, presentations, records) worldwide
• Support community forming efforts in Central and Eastern Europe and collaborate with community "seeders" from other regions
